Warranty

Added Confidence with Every Car

At Browns Motor Company, we want you to drive away with confidence. That's why every vehicle comes with a FREE 3-month warranty as standard, provided through Momentum Warranties, giving you additional protection against eligible mechanical faults and failures.

Whether you're purchasing your next daily driver or something a little more special, we believe aftersales support is an important part of your buying experience.

FREE 3-Month Warranty Included

Every vehicle comes with a complimentary 3-month warranty, offering cover for specified mechanical components under the terms of your warranty agreement.

Our standard warranty operates on a parts-listed basis, meaning cover applies to the components specifically listed in your warranty documentation. The exact cover, limitations and exclusions will be explained in your warranty paperwork, so you can understand what's included before you buy.

Upgrade Your Cover

For additional peace of mind, we also offer the option to upgrade to an extended warranty, with 12- and 24-month options available.

Depending on your requirements, you can choose from different levels of cover to suit your vehicle and budget. We'll explain the available options, benefits and costs so you can make an informed decision about the protection that's right for you.

Inspected Before Sale

We take vehicle preparation seriously. Before sale, every vehicle undergoes a mechanical inspection carried out by a VAT-registered garage, helping us identify issues that require attention before the vehicle is offered for sale.

We believe in being transparent about the vehicles we sell, and we'll make you aware of any relevant issues identified during preparation.

Need to Make a Warranty Claim?

If your vehicle develops a fault and you believe it may be covered by your warranty, it's important to follow the correct claims procedure.

Please contact Momentum Warranties using the details provided in your warranty documentation before authorising any repairs. They will guide you through the next steps, explain the claims process and advise you on arranging an approved repair. Repairs undertaken without the required authorisation may not be covered.

If you need assistance understanding your warranty or the paperwork supplied with your vehicle, we're happy to help.

Our Commitment to You

At Browns Motor Company, our aim is to provide a straightforward, transparent buying experience from your first enquiry to long after collection.

Your warranty provides additional protection under its terms and conditions, alongside your existing statutory consumer rights. We want you to understand exactly what you're purchasing and feel confident in your decision.
